Today is our day! I was searching for motivational quotes and found this one:
“All for one and one for all: A group of people who support each member and stands by the whole group.” – I think it is really from the Three Musketeers – Athos, Porthos, and Aramis or from the movie – Charlie Sheen, Kiefer Sutherland, Oliver Platt. Which all of that really doesn’t matter but I thought I would throw in a little trivia. WE CAN DO AND WE WILL DO IT!
Stand strong! And if that carving overcomes you – eat diet jello. It isn’t bad and what is really good you can eat a lot of it.
I hope you have started weighed yourself and started you notebook. If not you have time.
Now for the challenge of the day: Drink one more glass of water today than you did yesterday.
Yesterday, I made a fabulous breakfast. I took two pieces of Canadian bacon and put them on the bottom of my plate then I put the following on top of that: 2% Pepper jack cheese, egg (fried in pan), more Pepper jack cheese and topped it off with Canadian bacon. I was a wonderful treat. Something I should treat myself to everyday.
It is going to be a great day. Keep reaching for the “Winners Circle” because we are all winners no matter what our weight.
Love you all, Ann
